ฝึกปฏิบัติการประเมินพัฒนาการ การสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกัน การพยาบาล เด็กและวัยรุ่น ที่เจ็บป่วยในระยะเฉียบพลันและเรื้อรัง ยึดครอบครัวเป็นศูนย์กลาง การใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผล โดยใช้กระบวนการพยาบาลในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลแบบองค์รวมด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ ในการสร้างเสริม สุขภาพ ป้องกันโรค ดูแลสุขภาพและฟื้นฟูสภาพ ภายใต้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ โดยคำนึงถึงสิทธิของผู้ป่วย ความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ความรับผิดชอบ มีจิตบริการ ตามขอบเขตกฎหมายและจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ
